Unique Neck Piece Artisan-Made Red Felted Merino Wool Floral with 20 plus flowers of varying size and shape. It is 15” in diameter with a width of 3” of flowers at the widest point. The hole is 7“ in diameter.

It was purchased in a crafts store in Manhattan in the 1990s. It was intricately cut from felted merino wool and sewn onto a brown wool felt base (photo 5). Black is also used as a contrasting color for stamens and other touches.

This is a wonderful holiday piece to celebrate the season and makes a statement of beauty and sophistication.
