As an independent online retailer we don’t have to follow the usual business model of the larger retailers who plan their stock purchases seasonally and well in advance.

We are buying stock nearly every week of the year and can buy varying quantities dependent upon whether we think the deal is going to be right for our Customers. Sometimes the quantities are small and, for that reason, we always suggest if you want it, get it now because it may not be there when you come back!

Making an Order
Browse our site and when you have chosen want you want to order select the quantity and click ‘Buy it Now’.  Once you have selected all your products, you are ready to finalise your purchase and be taken through the payment process.

If you are making multiple purchases from us to make a promotional saving we may be offering at any time, all purchases should be placed in the basket before proceeding with your order. In this way eBay will be able to verify that the purchases meet the promotional saving and deduct the relevant discount prior to your payment.  If the purchases are made and paid for separately then the promotional saving will not be deducted

Methods of Payment
If you have a PayPal account, you can quickly process your order with the details already stored in your account, this saves you time as you do not have to enter those details again.  You do not require a PayPal account to use this service, however it is recommended and one can be set up during the checkout stage.

Alternatively, you can check out as a guest without opening an account using a credit or debit card. PayPal currently accepts: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Eurocard and American Express.

If requested, please ensure that you provide the cardholders name as it is shown on the card and the billing address as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in GB pounds, and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate applicable at that time.

At no time when paying on-line does Agility Sports have access to your account details. All sensitive information such as your card number is handled securely by your chosen payment service.

Order Process
We do not usually insist that you make your payment directly upon purchase but we will not despatch your order until we have your cleared funds.  Where payment has not been received after four days, the order will be automatically referred to eBay where an ‘unpaid item’ case will be opened – this process enables us to resell the product and reclaim our selling fees from eBay.

Your order will first be checked by our fraud team against our current fraud scorecard and when cleared will be passed on to our warehouse team. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. Our warehouse team will then process and package your order ready for despatch and will then pass your order on to either Royal Mail or one of our dedicated delivery couriers.

Once your order has been despatched, we will email you to give you an estimated delivery date. If your order is being delivered by one of our couriers we will attach the appropriate tracking information to your sales record within eBay and our courier will then deliver your order to your door or your selected delivery address. Please note our courier will always require a signature.

Legal
The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website including orders for goods. By accessing this website you agree to submit to English law.

Do You Ship Outside The UK?
Apart from the United Kingdom and all BFPO locations, we are happy to ship to the following destinations :-

On request, we will consider other destinations. However, before committing to purchase you should contact us to confirm suitability. Please note, where import taxes are due, they are borne by the purchaser and not Agility Sports.

We try to despatch all orders within twenty-four hours of receiving your payment (Monday to Friday).  The exception to this would be for orders made at the week-end or around public holidays where we will despatch on the next available working day.

Delivery Costs
Unless stated within the listing, delivery costs are additional to the displayed product price and vary depending on the total weight of goods ordered and the country of destination. We will confirm the total price payable, including delivery charges, before we expect your payment.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Within the UK, orders are despatched using either myHermes or Royal Mail.  For orders outside the UK we only use Royal Mail (though they will pass the order on to another courier in the host country).
Indicative delivery times (from date of despatch) would be: -
Mainland UK - Usually within 3/5 working days
Western Europe - Usually within 5 working days
Other - Usually within 10 working days.

myHermes quote a delivery lead-time of between three and five working days and will usually require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery.

Courier’s will attempt re-delivery up to three times and deliver until 9pm in most areas. If delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge further delivery costs for re-delivery.

General Principles
At Agility Sports, we want our Customers to be delighted with their purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem we will happily accept returns and exchanges subject to our current policies which are detailed below. None of our policies will adversely affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations
If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.
This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items that due to their nature cannot be returned and perishable goods (e.g. food, periodicals & magazines).

Returns Process
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. If you are not happy with your purchase most items that we sell (for exclusions, see above) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and we’ll give you a refund.

In the first instance we would always suggest that Customers contact us so that we can understand the problem and discuss how we can resolve the issue.
If you wish to make a return it would be helpful if you can email us to tell us that you are doing so (before returning the item) in order for us to make sure that we receive the return and to enable us to identify the Customer that we need to refund.

Where goods are being returned we would advise Customers to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate from Royal Mail as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until we receive it back into stock.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and, when satisfied, refund the cost of the item including the original postage charge if all items from the original order have been returned. Unfortunately we are not able to refund postage charges if only part of an order is returned.

Any return of funds will be via the EXACT method of payment that the Customer originally used for the transaction.
