PLEASE NOTE: I do everything I can to keep postal prices in mind when pricing my items. I do use flat rate packaging whenever possible to ship my items.

Combined shipping of course but shipping price slightly varies a tiny bit per weight and zone (state) when it isn't a flat rate package. 

I'm sorry but NO returns. If item is damaged by USPS, I will send return label. Take package back to your USPS with and let them know shipping insurance will be claimed from damage. Refund will be paid when received.
