Santa is sitting on top of a stop light. With his right arm outstretched and hand flexed up he is attempting to stop traffic from that direction. His left arm is bent with his hand curved in a come-on fashion. The stop light is green with red top and bottom platforms. Inside the stop light shields are, on the red lenses is a polar bear silhouette, on the green lenses is a deer silhouette. Santa is dressed in his traditional red suit with white trim on coat and hat. Black boots and blue mittens complete his outfit. Santa has a mustache, full beard and mane of long white hair, all are white. Behind Santa on a mail pouch is a helpful little squirrel. The squirrel is wearing a blue mailperson hat and holding a package.
