Returns

• 30 day return policy unless otherwise noted.
• You must obtain an RMA authorization before returning your purchase.  Please message us for an RMA.
• All merchandise must be new and unused and returned in original packaging.
• All open returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If your item is damaged, do NOT ship it back to us. Instead, we will send the carrier to pick it up and send a replacement or refund.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to package returns properly.
• Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
• Returns must include the original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and paperwork in the correct part of the box.
• Returns must be over-boxed. Do not ship returns in the retail box only.
• Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.
• If we receive your return after 30 days from the date of authorization, it will be returned to sender without being refunded or replaced.
