All merchandise must be new and unused and returned in original packaging.
All open returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If your item is damaged, do NOT ship it back to us. Instead, we will send the carrier to pick it up and send a replacement or refund.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to package returns properly.
Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Returns must include the original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and paperwork in the correct part of the box.
Returns must be over-boxed. Do not ship returns in the retail box only.
Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.
