All our products are manufactured by framing experts and upholsterers with many years of experience in the industry. The vertical shaped wall panel headboards are a largely popular modern contemporary design which has been crafted beautifully to fit into any contemporary design and ideal for any bedroom interior.

Our vertical wall panel headboards come in 3 sizes however we can make these in any size, please inquire prior to ordering.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Vertical design Shaped Wall Panel Headboard - Please note the listing is for 1 wall panel only. Most buyers purchase more than 1 of these wall panel headboards in order to create the headboard look they want. The number of panels are determined by your wall space. You need to measure your wall height and width so we can work out or you can work out how many panels you will need to order.

Please note you will be responsible for installing the vertical Wall Panel Headboard and you will need to instruct a joiner to fit them.

We can make any size therefore if you require a specific size please get in touch so we can inform you of how many panels you need and quote you accordingly.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE DELIVERY service to most but not all areas in Mainland UK. 

The following areas and postcodes carry a delivery surcharge:

AB, DD, DG, DT, EX, FK, IV, KA, KY, KW, LD, LL, PA, PH, PL, SA, TQ & TR

We do not deliver to Northern or Southern Ireland.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All contact information such as delivery address, telephone numbers and email addresses must be up to date as this will assist us in arranging and booking in deliveries.

We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries if your delivery details are incorrect. We will always contact you and book deliveries prior to dispatch. We will inform you of who the courier is, the date of delivery and time frame of delivery.

NOTE: On a standard delivery couriers are not insured to take goods to the room of your choice because if damage was to occur they would be held responsible therefore please take this into account.

COURIERS

All of our products are sent with national and specialist couriers. We use more specialist couriers as handling is better and damage limitation is reduced as this ensures safe delivery of goods to all customers. We will always communicate delivery information to all customers prior to delivery.

Please note delivery is to ground floor only. 

RETURN POLICY ON UNWANTED GOODS

We offer a 30 day returns service. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received please inform us and we will aim to get this resolved as soon as possible.

We will only accept returns where there is no damage to the item. The buyer is solely responsible for the return of the goods where they do not want the item and will have to pay for the postage of the goods back to us. All goods must be shipped and returned in its original packaging. If for any reason there is damage and the item has been used or opened we will refuse the return and a refund will not be given.

RETURN POLICY ON DAMAGES

We clearly stress all customers must inform us of any damaged items within 24 hours or as soon as the item is received. We will ensure to deal with all damages swiftly and promptly and come to a resolution quickly.

We ask all customers to send us photographic evidence via eBay informing us of the actual damage to goods received. This will allow us to ascertain the damage and reach a solution swiftly. 

All bespoke and made to order items are non-refundable
