4. In order to quality for the best shipping you must follow the directions. We are unable to issue refunds on shipping after purchases have been made. So please follow the directions.

• The wheels on most of these vehicles are meant to come off easily in order for anyone to customize how they want. As such, the wheels do not always roll freely or smoothly. These are sold as display/diorama models and are NOT meant to be played with.
• These items are inspected by 3 people before leaving the warehouse. When we ship we make sure there are no broken parts/problems with any of the vehicles. If there is a problem on arrival it is our policy that you must send a picture clearly showing the issue(s).

• Items may contain minor imperfections from the manufactures beyond our control.
• No shipping refunds will be given if ordered individually without a cart. If items are ordered separately but are going to the same address, we reserve the right to ship them in one box. In such cases no shipping refund will be given. You must use the eBay shopping cart in order to receive the shipping discount.
• We are geared toward the auto enthusiast and therefore do not sell by brand. If you would like to shop by brand you can visit our eBay store.
• There will be a $4 return/refund processing fee on all returned items
• You will receive 50% less refund on any returned item we receive that comes to us damaged, not shipped using the proper packaging, and or incorrect return opened.
