The dagger is first and foremost for personal defense or a close quarters combat weapon. COMMENTS:  This Is best all around dagger in this price range for serious re-enactors imho. More than sharp enough to use around camp and carve meat or spit a giant pickle :) One review said the dagger wasn't sharp but you can see the edge in my photos. I'm a collector and a weekend warrior, active in local groups and Ren Fair so I get lots of feedback.
