I kept this helmet in my "man-cave" in a display case. I was told that the signature was written in hand by Crowder with a blue sharpie. A certificate of authenticity was provided, which I placed in the helmet. My only reasons for selling this and my other treasured collectibles is due to me age and poor health. My wife tells me she would not know what to do with the when I "kick-the-bucket." So, from my collection to yours. I hope to find them a good home.
