This is a vintage sterling charm of a steel drum player.  It was enameled in several colors; the enamel is in very good condition.  The charm is marked sterling on the back, was made by Thomas L. Mott (TLM), and could use a polish.  It measures one inch high and just over 3/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.0 gram.
