Motor Trader Service Data No. 483 / 483a Morris 1800S / Bodywork Repair Data Original pullouts from 'Motor Trader' magazine dated 27 August 1969. Invaluable detailed and well-illustrated servicing and maintenance information, including sections on the Engine, Transmission, Chassis and Recommended Lubricants. Plus Special Tools, Camshaft, Valves, General Data, Engine Data, Torque Wrench Settings, Front-End Service Data, Pistons and Rings, Gearbox, Steering Box, Suspension, Chassis Data, Drive Shafts, Crankshaft and Connecting Rods, Final Drive, Brakes, Tune-up Data, Switches, Horn, Windshield Wiper, Sundry Items and Overdrive Equipment and Fill-up Data. Illustrations include exploded diagrams of the main mechanical components including Engine, Steering, Suspension, Transmission and Brakes, Order of Cylinder Head Stud Nut Tightening, Wiring Diagram and Maintenance Diagram. Consists of 8 stapled pages just over A4 size - approx 8.75" x 12" (220mm x 300mm). The Bodywork Repair Data Supplement (No 483a) consists of 4 pages, with several helpful illustrations, plus an exploded view of the Body Parts in the centre pages. Also lists Body Service Tools and Recommended Adhesives. In very good condition, especially considering it's age (over 50 years). It is somewhat tanned, esp at the front, and the staples have started to rust, causing slight staining, but otherwise the pages are clean and unmarked. Has a horizontal foldmark. The supplement is clean and unmarked apart from a couple of finger marks at the rear, and also has the horizontal foldmark. Please note that the absolute side edge and bottom edge are not shown in the photo as the pages are a few mm larger than my scanner.
