When you receive your order and it is unsuitable, please return the order within 30 days of receiving your package. This will ensure a full refund, or an exchange processed. Customers are responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring a tracked service is used such as Recorded delivery to return the item to us. Unless the item is faulty.
If your product arrives in a damaged state, please get in contact with us with your name and order number, you may then return it to us in the state you received it, and we will be more than happy to provide an exchange or refund for you.
Customers must make sure the item is not used and can only be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they use a signed service such as recorded delivery to return the products to us. Please collect a receipt from the post office as this will be proof of your return should the item go missing. If no receipt is collected, we will not be able to help.
