This is Money Drawings by Tim Prusmack. (1962-2004)  Yes, hand drawing, rather a print of the original drawings. We have 2 notes #239/250 and #240/250.  Tim died while in the hospital for an operation. He was in his artistic prime and found a real calling in this form of art.

He traveled to coin & paper money shows selling his art prints, many made specifically for the show he attended. This one is a Fantasy Deuce note made for the 2001 FUN Show.
