#3 x 3/8"(9.5mm) screws (thread diameter 2.5mm) are suitable for most USA Gibson/American Fender/Schaller/HipShot Tuning Keys, and #2 x 3/8"(9.5mm) screws (thread diameter 2.2mm) are universal screws for most import guitars; Thread diameter of #2 is smaller than #3


These are small screws, please do not overtighten, proper pilot holes are required before installing, incorrect pilot holes may cause the screws broken. Check any existing holes for diameter and depth and use hand tools only when installing


Drilling too small or not deep enough of a pilot hole will cause either the screw heads stripping out on soft screws, or breakage at or below the surface for hardened screws. You can search Pilot Hole for #2 or #3 screw to get all of the information you need

Return Policy


Inspect your order immediately once you receive them. All claims (damaged, missing or wrong items) must be filed within 7 days from the date you receive them.

Defective Order: 
If the order you received has a manufacturer's defect, please email us pictures of the defective item immediately. We do need you to send back the defective part before we ship you a replacement. As soon as we receive the defective part and inspect it, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.

Damaged in Transit: 
Inspect your package(s) before you accept it. If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging you MUST make sure that the delivery person makes a note of this damage on the delivery receipt. Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then contact us immediately. As soon as we confirm with our carrier, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.

Missing Orders: 
If you received a partial order, contact us immediately. In this case, please email us pictures of the partial order you received. As soon as we confirm with our shipping dept., we'll get a replacement on its way to you.

Wrong Orders:
