The GEL 100 is completely different. It's a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1) which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

The GEL 100 is built by harnessing natural hydrogel technology and built with six natural ingredients. It doesn't contain any colorants or preservatives and comes in 40g servings that contains 60% carbohydratesa high weight to energy ratio. Energy capsulated in a natural hydrogel. Amount of energy It is well known that our bodies can make use of about 60 grams of ingested carbohydrates per hour, in the form of glucose or maltodextrin (glucose polymer). Using a 0.5:1 combination of fructose and glucose/maltodextrin, allows an uptake of up to 90 grams per hour. More recent studies have shown that increased fructose content, above 0.5:1 enables an even higher uptake.

The GEL 100 is based on a 0.8:1 fructose-to-glucose ratio. One serving contains 25 grams of carbohydrates.

How does it work? GEL 100 is built on hydrogel technology. The hydrogel enables a smooth transportation of the carbohydrates through the stomach to the intestine where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

1. How do I qualify for free shipping?

You'll qualify for free shipping if you place an order exceeding $99 Australian Dollars for delivery to an Australian address only.

2. Can I return a product ordered and who pays?

If you qualify for free returns (all orders shipped to an Australian address over the total value of $99 + other conditions), we'll pay for the return shipping cost, excluding the cost of any packaging required to return the goods. If you do not qualify for free returns, you can either pay the cost of the return yourself, unless you purchased a product that is not eligible to be returned. Categories of products that are not eligible to be returned include: Exercise Equipment, Trampolines, Sports Tech, Golf Equipment, Underwear and Swimwear if tried on.

5. What are your average delivery timeframes?

onsport uses Australia Post to deliver directly from any of our distribution centres around Sydney to your doorstep. If you live in a capital city on the East Coast of Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) or surrounding smaller cities, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days of notification that we've dispatched your order (please allow 1-4 business days to dispatch your order). All other regions in Australia should expect delivery to take an additional 2-3 business days. Residents of remote areas of Australia should allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

6. Do you ship to PO Boxes and business addresses?

Yes, we can ship most apparel, footwear, sports technology products to a PO Box. Larger, bulkier items such as trampolines or exercise equipment cannot be shipped to a PO Box. We ship to business addresses, please ensure you include your company name and floor/level number in the delivery address details.
