1)     Returning and canceling the order

Returning or canceling the order after the item is marked shipped till delivery time will eligible the buyer to pay the shipping cost plus the returning fees,

2)     Returning after order delivery

Returning the item after the delivery will cost the buyer to pay for the shipping back the item to the return address,

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

After you placed an order, your order begins to process. Once order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us through eBay messages.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an eBay message to us mentioning reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation should be requested before item shipped after placing an order,

If the order is cancelled and was returned to us due to unavailability on the day of delivery, or for any reason, such as a change of mind and the customer wishes to return the order the shipping costs & the return charges will be deducted and the remaining amount for the item/s will be refunded to buyer  as soon as we receive the returned shipments at our warehouse.

Items purchased in our online store can be returned under the provided terms and condition below.

• Return is permitted within 30 days upon receiving the order.
• Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them..
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
• No return is accepted on lingerie, undergarments, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

You may send back your returned items to our Warehouse using your preferred Courier Company

• Please contact us through eBay message system
• Kindly provide the reason for return
• Pack the items on its original packaging and include the invoice in your returned shipment.
• Send your returned items via courier company of your choice.
• Please note that postal fee should be covered by the customer and is non- refundable.
• (Reminder: Please make sure to mark your parcel as ?returned goods? to avoid additional customs duty fee).
• Make sure to take note of your tracking number and update it on eBay return order status opened,
• Once we received the returned item(s), it will undergo a quality check and then the agreed amount after deduction will be refunded to your PayPal.
• Refund issuance will not include the shipping and customs fees, if there were any.
• Make sure to indicate/write on the package "BFL ONLINE RETURN" should be readable, outside the pouch.
