New England Collector's Society Silverplate Bell  1st Edition

Up for sale is a wonderful vintage silver plate Bell from the New England Collector's Society!   I'm not sure of the year!   It is engraved NE 1st EDITION.  The handle has three bells and ribbon.  It is in very good condition.  There is no box or COA for this one.  It only has the shipping box.  Needs to be cleaned but I will leave that to the new owner.  Great collector's item!
