Brand new.  My dad bought this before he retired, he didn't end up using it, he retired, and now he doesn't need it.  See photos, it is brand new, and I really like the fashionable fit.  Before acknowledging to myself that I would need to sell it I tried it on to see if I could keep it for myself and it is simply a bit too small for me (not surprising as I am larger than him but I needed a grey suit and wanted to see if maybe it might work), but it was close enough to fitting that I could nevertheless clearly see that it is an extremely nice cut/style/design.  I also really like the fabric and color.  I am 100% sure whoever buys this is going to be happy with their purchase!
