This is an open box Snowman porcelain nightlite and oil Diffuser.  It needs a small light bulb for the night light to wor which there is one included.   Also included is Winter Holly scented oil for the Diffuser.  oil is placed into the top of the showmanship hat.  This item is in perfect working order with nothing broken or chipped.
