This saddle bag is in salvaged condition. Most of the leather is in hard condition.  First picture shows the top flap intact with three straps that buckle to the bottom.  There are only two buckles at the bottom with one missing on the left. "U.S." is stamped in the center of the top flap. There is also shown flaking and cracking at the bottom of the bag. Most of the stitching is seen and also loose in some areas.
