You are bidding on Vintage 1940's Hard Plastic Bride & Groom Bells Foil Leaves Wedding Cake Topper. I purchased this awesome topper at an estate sale. The topper originally also included a 50th Anniversary plastic piece, but I removed it. The estate sellers thought this was the original cake topper for the wedding and the 50th Anniversary piece was added later for their anniversary party.
Topper is in amazing condition, especially if all or some of it is over 70 years old. It features 3 plastic bells with gold foil leaves and beige fabric or silk flowers. The bride and groom and bells appear like they were glued or soldered on (see photos). The Bride's tulle veil is brittle due to age so it should be replaced or removed.
Topper measures approximately 6" tall, 6 1/2" long and 4 1/4" wide. There is a stamped bottom but I can't make out any of it. I left the gold bow on but it can easily be taken off. I like the horseshoes on the back that say "Good Luck" (see photo). Photos are of actual product and are considered part of the description.
