This is a vintage Occupied Japan (1945-1952) wind up walking bear toy made by Modern Toys. The toy is working, and it comes with a key, and the original box. The box measures almost 4 inches long, by 2 1/2 inches wide, by 2 inches deep. The little bear fits nicely in the box. The bear walks forwards when it is wound up. It will be insured for shipping.
