Overall in nice condition with very few marks and certainly no cracks.  The point where it mounts on to the steering column that should stick up seems to have broken off (see pic #22)? Looks to be dated 1977. For a RHD or LHD bus. About as good a condition as you could realistically hope to expect for a c.45 year old part. Untested, no warranty.
