A 1998 "Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants" £2 coin in good condition with three minting errors.

MINTING ERRORS:

1) Mis-struck off centre and overlapping dotted center, on the Queen's Head side.

2) Mis-struck "ELIZABETH II" lettering on Heads side is off center and trails in in to touch the silver center on one side, and is too far away from the center on the other.

3) Mis-struck off centre and overlapping silver dotted edging, on the Tails side.

4)  Mis-stamped "Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants" edge lettering is upside down.

To preserve the coin, it has not been polished or treated with any harsh or abrasive chemicals, however it has been gently wiped down with a soft cloth dampened in gentle diluted soap.
