The synergistic DIGIMIG 200 Pulse welder is an innovative device for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using the MIG / MAG, MMA (coated electrode) and Lift TIG methods. The device is intended for professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for braze welding of thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG).

Digital control allows for full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergic operating mode in the MIG / MAG
method. The use of synergic settings in the welder for ordinary steel,
stainless steel and aluminum alloys significantly simplifies its
operation and allows it to be used by people with less experience and
hobbyists. The use of a pulse or double pulse allows for a better
quality of the weld, high aesthetics with very high efficiency.
The device can be welded using the standard MMA or MMA method with pulsation, which allows for obtaining a higher quality of the weld. In MMA you can adjust ARC FORCE, HOT START and turn off VRD.
DIGIMIG 200 Pulse enables TIG welding with DC pulsation along with pulse characteristics regulation. The welder allows the use of several operating modes, including the option of spot welding. The device has the memory of the last setting, i.e. after turning it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. It is also possible to save 35 sets of settings with easy access to program save / restore mode. On the inside of the spool chamber cover there is a shortened guide for the welder, which facilitates the day-to-day operation of the device, with a detailed description of access to adjustable operating parameters.
The welder is equipped with a unique MIG torch with a knob in the handle enabling remote voltage / current adjustment during operation in synergic mode.

The set also includes a ground cable, electrode cable, and a roll for aluminum welding.
With the welding set you will get the Spoolgun which is mounted at the mini feeder and D100 wire spool of aluminium wire , so you can weld two different wire welding without retooling. This solution saves time when the need for welding different materials or different thicknesses up casual use of wires.

Shipping
All our products are stored in one of our UK warehouses for which orders placed before 1.00PM GMT are shipped on the very same day, and delivered within the next 24h to any place within the UK mainlands.
*Deliveries to the UK mainlands heavier than 10kg are for free. If your delivery address is located in any other UK region like Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, etc might take longer, and cost more than indicated in the listings description. Parcels lighter than 10kg are charged as indicated in the 'Postage and payments' section.
** Usually it takes 3-5 working days to deliver our goods to the EU and US, however on rare occasions it may be longer due to unexpected handling delays, or events occurred during the delivery as this is out of our control. For any order which shipping cost cannot be calculated at the time of checkout, we will calculate the shipping cost after the order is placed. We will then contact you via eBay messaging system, and ask you to pay the balance between the real shipping cost and the charge you have already paid.
Warranty Repairs
'We offer 1 year manufacturer's warranty service for all of our customers and for all welders available in our offer. This does not apply to welding equipment like tig torches, its consumables, foot pedal controllers, electrodes etc, only to the welding devices. The warranty covers internal parts like circuit board for example, it does not cover welders cover, dial, knobs, plastic feet, as well as any external accessories like TIG torch, its components and consumables, ground wire with clamp etc. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair only, the shipping costs and any further costs that might appear due to shipping the device to the manufacturer based in the EU and from the EU back to the UK like customs duties, and any taxes are on the buyer's side. We offer help in obtaining spare internal parts (like circuit board) from the manufacturer as free replacements during the warranty period. When the warranty expires we offer spare parts at very decent prices.
Returns
For all online purchases you can return items through Grey Eagle Shop areas or by calling our Customer Care Center within 30 days after the purchase date without giving a reason for that as long as the purchased item is returned in unused condition.
In order to start the returning process, please contact us via details provided in the listings description, and provide all necessary information regarding the transaction including: name and surname of the buyer, date of the transaction, name of the purchased item, payment method, delivery address, so we can identify the transaction and start returning process.
When preparing your item(s) to be returned please safely pack them in an original cartoon/box, including documentation, manuals, warranty card, and so on. Returns that don't meet these conditions might be liable to a restocking charge.
Restocking Fee Unless denied by law, a 10% restocking expense might be charged for all items when the original seal on the item has been broken.
We are not in charge of lost or harmed packages.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee Extra expenses will be charged for any item missing the original box, bundling material, substance, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any item not in "sellable" condition).

Returns
The buyer is entitled to return purchased items in unused/unopened condition within 30 days of receipt of the product, unless the items was delivered significantly not as described.
