Mars' increacing wholesale prices and rising impotation taxes have been the main drivers for this decision amongst others. We also take into account high ebay fees. DO YOU OFFER 24/48 HOUR DELIVERY?

No, sorry, we have never guaranteed 24/48 hour delivery. We do offer RM fully tracked services but please remember we may not be available to dispatch same day, although we always do our best to do so ASAP. Please refer to the eBay estimated delivery time. In rare cases it may take several days before we are able to dispatch. If your order is of an urgent nature, please contact us first.

We only charge 20p per envelope and have no control over RM prices. The rest of the P&P charges go towards labels and ink. Please think carefully before rating us on postal charges. Thank you.

If you have ordered large or multiple items these may not fit in your letterbox. Therefore if you have been kept waiting for your items please be so kind and check with your neighbours and indeed with your local Royal Mail delivery office or your country's equivalent.
