Adjustable tightness

You can adjust the tightness of your Y-axis belt at any time by turning the thumbscrew, but be careful not to adjust it too tightly, otherwise the printer may be misaligned.

Installation method

To make your printer have a tensioner that can easily adjust the belt ​ ​Before installing it, you must remove the original Y-axis pulley holder, remove the T nut, and remove the belt from the pulley at the other end of the Y-axis, which can leave more clearance for your installation. ​ ​Then put the belt in our synchronous wheel, fix the synchronous wheel on the sliding chamber with M5 × 20mm screws, install the left and right fixing parts on the Y axis with the M4 × 10mm screws and T-nuts that we prepared for you, and Put the sliding compartment in, it is best to install the fixing plate and knurled thumbscrew.
