These can be used for 2003-2020 Giraffe Omnibed/Incubator and Giraffe Carestation Omnibed/Incubator. If you have a 2000-2003 Omnibed these will only work if your unit has been upgraded with the adaptor kit.

I HIGHLY recommend you borrow a good Relay Board from a separate unit to ensure your issue is the RB. Most Relay Board problems can also be caused by other components. You can hang the board outside the electronics box for testing. IMPORTANT: make sure your bottom, top, and rear card guides are in good shape for installation. If the back plane of the RB touches the aluminum housing you will get a short, a spark, trip the unit breaker, and maybe destroy the RB.

Most common RB errors: 

-System Fail 25. Can also be caused by the fan motor, fan, or fan optical sensor.

-Humidity Failure.

-Random down movement of elevating column or lift rail motor. Also caused by bad or not connected 6600-0701-700 power harness.
