The NGK range of plug caps (resistor covers) are designed to give perfect noise suppression across all frequencies whilst engine performance is not adversely affected whatsoever.
The plug caps come complete with seals at the cable end and plug end where applicable. All standard caps have a self threading cable connector, you simply thread onto the end of the Cable.
