This is professionally adjusted to your Micro four thirds mirrorless camera famous helios 44-2 lens,  allowing full range focusing from 0,55m to infinity without overlapping. No oil on the aperture blades, lens was serviced.  It is in Grade A condition; minor signs of use on the body. Optics has only a few hardly visible micro cleaning traces and a few dust specks inside. No fungus, haze, glass chips, scratches.
