Please note that all of our products are USED SECOND HAND, these will contain scratches, scuffs, dirt, debris (which we cant remove), please do not expect brand new, on an occasion we do find brand new stuff still in the vehicles still in the wrappers. so we sell these also, but are listed as used

Please contact us immediately so we are aware of the problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note, all of our parcels are signed-for and tracked.
NOTE: if you have selected the wrong reason for return on purpose we will deduct this from your refund.
Not all our returns will be liable for a prepaid postage label and if you have purchased one, we are sorry, but we cannot refund you unless otherwise agreed. Here are some reasons for not receiving a prepaid
postage label:

>Choosing to cancel a sale once the item has been sent out

We open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Shipping information
We use a signed for and tracked courier service. This means you can monitor the progress of your item on its way to you. Please note that our general cut off time for items to be packed is 10am, if you miss the cut off time, do not worry as we will send it with the next collection. If you have not received your item and it’s taking longer than expected, please contact us to find out what is going.

If you wish to collect your item please purchase it through eBay and mark it as collection as you will need a qr code to be scanned apon arrival, this will be easier for me and you in the long run,
