Many, but not all, of our items are pre-owned and it is our goal to describe every item accurately and completely. Photos are provided of the exact item you will receive, so please look carefully at all photos and ask any questions prior to bidding.

Payment:

Paypal is eBay's accepted form of payment. Items will only be shipped to Paypal verified addresses.  Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end or eBay's unpaid item assistant will automatically open an unpaid item case.

Shipping:

Most items are shipped via USPS. All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items are packed with foam sheeting and/or bubble wrap and packing peanuts.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the item description. Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there is a problem. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received - including tags, labels, and packaging. Refunds will be refused if item is received in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling, and insurance charges. We will only pay for shipping on a returned item if the reason for the return was our fault.
