How do I refresh the fragrance?

Place the hearts into a small plastic bag, a sandwich bag will do, along with 2 capfuls of our concentrated oils. Give the bag a couple of shakes, leave for around 5 minutes for the oil to absorb into the complex molecular structure of the hearts. Take the hearts out of the bag and you're all set for another 2-3 months of beautiful fragrance. You can repeat this process for around 2 years before you might want to think about replacing your hearts with a new set.

DETAILED SELLER RATING EXPLAINED!

(Quoted from ebay)

Five stars is the highest rating and one star is the lowest

1. How accurate was the item description?

Review the item title and description to see if they matched the item you received.

2. How satisfied were you with the seller’s communication?

Recall if the seller addressed any questions or concerns that you might have had, and did so in a professional manner. Consider only business days when evaluating the timeliness of the seller’s communication. (Sellers might not check emails on weekends or holidays).

3. How quickly did the seller DISPATCH the item?

Rate the seller on the time it took them to POST the item NOT the time it took you to receive the item. Don’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services.

4. How reasonable were the P & P charges?

Remember that sellers may charge for the cost of the actual packaging materials, along with a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with the postage.

*Number 3 is the rating which causes most heartache, as buyers tend to equate this rating with how quickly or slowly they get their item. When in fact all you should be marking the seller on is how quick he/she dispatched your item to the post. Fast or slow delivery after that should make no difference to this rating.

For example: If a seller dispatches your item on the same day - that is fast dispatch and the seller deserves a 5, but what if there is a delay in the post and you don't get your item for 2 weeks? Do you mark down the seller's stars? No, because actual delivery, which is not being rated, was down to the Royal Mail.
