Concert Hall Club Edition Opera, Massenet, Offenbach and Gounod 6 x LP, on Quiex Translucent Vinyl.
Box set of 6 vinyl records, made in England 1974, the vinyl appears black but when held up against a bright light is translucent green grey one album is deep wine red, this indicates it was pressed by Pye using Quiex 1 vinyl, this results in a very quiet playing surface.
This set is of 3 operas, Manon by Jules Massenet, The Tales of Hoffman by Jaqueline Offenbach and Romeo and Juliet by Charles Gounod.
These albums are in truly mint condition and appear to have never been played. The inlays and inner sleeves are also in mint condition and the box show no signs of wear and tear and no damage whatsoever.
