"SAC's Hustler"

SAC's Hustler is a depiction of the USAF first operational supersonic bomber. The USAF ordered 86 B-58A Huslers that were operational between 1960 and 1970 which served with the Strategic Air Command. Intercontinental Balistic Missiles (ICBMs) made the B-58 obsolete. The Hustler carried it's payload in an external droppable pod beneath the fuselage. It set 19 world speed and altitude records and won five aviation awards including the Bendi and Mackay Trophies.
