Capital Beds 18cm Deep Grey Memory Foam Hybrid Open Coil Sprung Mattress

This luxurious grey memory foam hybrid sprung open coil mattress has a super soft deep micro quilted cool touch top panel providing a cosy, comfortable feel for the sleeper.

The breathable fabric ventilates the mattress with a constant airflow keeping the sleeper at cool room temperature.

Designed with seven comfort layers, with a premium open coil Bonnell spring unit, the spring unit has a wider surface area meaning a sleeper’s pressure is distributed over a wider area for extra comfort and support. The open coil spring unit distributes the weight of the sleeper evenly across a large area of the mattress for overall support and comfort.

The mattress has a layer of next generation visco-elastic high quality open cell Memory Foam, relieving pressure from building, the foam moulds and shapes to the contours of the sleeper’s body. With a total depth of approximately 18cm.

Designed single sided so there is no need to flip the mattress simply rotate every so often for optimum performance and to keep in pristine condition.

With our in-house technology the mattress will come vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for the customers convenience making the delivery much more environmentally friendly.

Delivery
We can only deliver free to the UK Mainland. Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Isles etc will incur a surcharge (currently £8.95). This will be automatically added at the checkout. Please be aware that some of the larger mattresses, including those supplied at full size, cannot be delivered at all to areas the couriers consider to be remote. If unsure please check first.

Please note that delivery dates are only estimates and just because eBay tells you your goods will arrive on a Saturday does not necessarily mean that they will. We use a standard courier service. Delivery is to the door, or main entrance to the premises only and can be any time between 8am and 8pm. We cannot offer a specific day delivery or a specific time, but will upload tracking when the goods are on their way. Multiple item consignments may not all arrive on the same day.

Messages should be sent through eBay at all times. Please be aware that office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Messages sent near to close of trade, may not be answered until the next day.

Vacuum Packed Mattresses
Please be aware that the vast majority of the mattresses we supply are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed in order to keep our carbon footprint and your costs as low as possible. They will need time to both expand and air before they can be used. We recommend that you do not leave a mattress rolled and boxed for more than 7 days after receipt. Vaccum packed mattresses do not have side supports, therefore prolonged sitting on the edge of the mattress is not recommended.

Foam Mattresses
New foams, much like carpets, paints, cars etc do have a distinctive smell. Some sleepers are more susceptible to this than others, so if you have not slept on memory foam before, we recommend you do some research prior to purchasing. This odour does dissipate over time, but the mattress may need several days to air to acclimatise to the temperature and humidity of your property.

Returns
As with all online purchases your order from Capital Beds is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via eBay messages within 60 days of receipt. The cost of and responsibility for returning your mattress in these cases lies solely with you, the purchaser. Please be aware that these large bulky products are both difficult and expensive to return. Please, therefore, take extra care to ensure you have the correct size for your needs before ordering. We regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been slept on. For items that are faulty or have been sent in error, we reserve the right to either pay for the return, refund or replace as we see fit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
