Spinel Neutral is my unique gray/ black oil color offering.
This color is very similar in working characteristics to my prior color V-Black. In fact it is the same exact single pigment, this time it is just processed different. Spinel Neutral is not as dark, but is more neutral and matte and slightly faster drying.
This color is a single pigment, extremely fast drying color. It will dry to a matte appearance and leans towards neutral. Dries faster than Mars Black, drying in less than 24 hours for normal applications, opaque applications of this color should be touch dry in about a day.
I would even say this color sort of resembles black lead (Galena) in appearance.
This is truly a beautiful single pigment color if you're looking for a neutral, matte, opaque, fast drying, durable black/gray.
