NEW Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. 


Pre-loved items must be returned in the same condition and packaging that was sent.


A return item must be followed by it tracking number.



Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item after the item is checked and found
