A Wimpy china doll and a Popeye pocket watch are set in the can. This vintage collector's item is the third in the Popeye series.

Unused but no outer box. There is some rust on the rim and bottom of the can. The battery in the pocket watch is dead and needs to be replaced. Please note that the operation has not been confirmed.
