We use a variety of couriers depending on the goods you have ordered. All of which use an estimated delivery slot and will contact you by phone, email or text prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact details are up to date so we can advise you on delivery times.

All goods will be delivered within the timeframe on stated on the listing, if you do not receive your goods on time please contact us by eBay message and we will chase this up.

All items are shipped on a signed for tracking service, the delivery company will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the goods to us. Please be advised that if goods are returned for non-delivery then charges will be passed on for redelivery.

All goods are sold with a 30 day returns policy.

Please ensure you read the item description when ordering, all items are tested and evaluated to the advertised specifications. Claiming an 'item is not as described' will not be honoured as clearly the amount of products we sell the items are as described, please ask any questions before ordering. Any returns on this basis where you have not spoken to us to clarify will be refunded less return postage charges.

Any goods that suffer damage in transit must be signed for with 'damaged' stated on the delivery note, this allows us to claim the costs back from the delivery company.

If by chance anything is missing or damaged upon inspecting your goods we will replace the relevant parts from our stock of spare parts, do not return the full box to us, we will sort out the replacement parts for you.

Both of these instances are very rare but do unfortunately happen due to the volume of parcels we send out. Please just contact us through the eBay messaging system and we'll sort everything out for you.
