This listing is for a PCGS 1907 D PCGS MS63 FS-301 Doubled Die Obverse and Repunched Date Barber Quarter. This very rare variety shows doubling on the first 6 stars (not 2 as reported in the CPG and NGC's Variety Plus fact page) and the ribbon. It also shows dramatic repunching in all 4 digits of the date. Next to the 1914 D and 1899, this is one of the most impressive die varieties in the series with remarkably few known. This no doubt confirms the rarity, because if common the dramatic RPD and doubling would surely get them noticed and attributed. This example is tied for finest with two other MS63s. Only one other Uncirculated example is known and it is an MS62. Please see the pics for more details. Thanks for looking!
