New JCA class A Med. Power RF Amplifier for 4-10.4GHz with 32dB gain and 24-25dBm P1. These make a great 5.760GHz and 10.368GHz driver for power amplifiers like the Harris 5W PA on my other auctions which requires 20dBm for 5W output.. After sample testing 10 of these I found the gain and power to be very good up to 10.4GHz.

5.760GHz ham bands with typically 500mW output and 34dB gain. N.F. on these is 3.3-3.4dB across the range. Measuring the Third Order Intercept on
my spectrum analyzer shows the IP3 is 38dBm . Florida buyers must add 7% (or actual amount for your county) sales tax or mail me a signed photocopy of your Florida Resale Certificate with your payment!
