Stunning antique oil lamp standing an elegant 68cm tall overall.

The lamp has a glossy black glazed terracotta base with an ornate dome footed brass column above and screw fit top. Very small crack to brass base.

A stunning crystal font screws into the base and is decorated with cross, fan and star shaped cuts and has a brass undermount and collar.

The lamp is fitted with an “English Made Lewtas” duplex burner in good condition and with working snuffer lever and smoothly turning wick winders. Replacement,wick has been fitted.

An antique gallery supports a fantastic acid etched shade with an art nouveau design and frilled top graduating in colour from emerald green at the top to pale (almost clear) green at the bottom. Minor flea bites to base of shade.

Unbranded flat bulge chimney is fitted.
