I would have listed these in excellent condition but for the fact that the top is slightly faded, so the bottoms appear darker. Clearly the prior owner wore the top more than the bottoms. The color difference isn't really as pronounced as it appears in the first photo; part of the reason the bottoms look so much darker in that photo is because they're in shadow. If you want to, though, you can probably even them out by running the bottoms through the wash a few times.
