Some items packaging may be damaged (scuffs,scratches, dents, rips etc.). Pictures of the damages will be posted. Please beaware packaging may also be damaged during the shipment process.

·       Allitems come from a smoke free home; however, we do have dogs. If you areallergic to dogs, please keep that in mind when you are purchasing or bidding.

Payments

Depending on the item, payment may be requiredimmediately or three days will be given to make a payment. If the payment hasnot been received by the 4^th day, an unpaid item case will be openedwith eBay automatically.

Returns

·       Thereare no returns accepted, unless stated otherwise.

However, in the event the buyer communicates with theseller, and a return is accepted, the buyer will pay the return shipping cost.We try our best to depict both image and description of items to the best ofour ability. There may be slight changes in color depending on the camera thatis used, lighting or screen resolution. You can also use the zoom functionprovided to look over each item, enabling you to see a clearer image of thepicture and or item to know what you’re purchasing.

Shipping

Please ensure your shipping address and information iscorrect and complete through your PayPal account to ensure the proper deliveryof your package. Shipping that is provided is either first class mail orpriority flat rate shipping through the USPS, depending on the weight. We onlyship within the U.S. We don’t ship internationally at this time. Shipping costsinclude shipping supplies, handling and tracking, allowing both buyer andseller to track the package. Once the package has left my possession,responsibility is passed on to you, buyer. I only have access to the sameinformation you do via the tracking number. Orders are usually shipped withinthe first business day, once payment is cleared, but I do allow two business daysfor shipping. Depending on the item (hair products, skin care) we may add tapeto the lid, in an attempt to prevent spills during shipment.

I also purchase on eBayand know how important it is to receive items in a timely manner. I keep thatin mind when I am shipping.
