Two volume, antique bookset. Volume 1 is in overall good condition with clothbacked bookbinders tape reinforcements at the gutters of the front and back endpapers and has a group of pages detached, but present and sitting loose in their place inside the book (pages 31 to 38). Interior is clean but exterior shows signs of water staining, including some darkening or blackening to the back cover of volume 1, but no odors. Volume 2 is externally and internally very clean with binding very well intact and with no reinforcements. Volume 2's binding is tight and complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing and includes a large fold out map.

Volume 1 totals 344 pages and volume 2 totals 498 pages. Books together measure approximately 9 3/4 x 7 1/4 x 3 7/8 inches and weigh about 6 3/4 pounds.
