All the missing pieces and replacements are listed below (list taken from toysperiod.com).  Pieces are generally clean and decent with overall great color.  Might be a little minor yellowing here or there, but nothing too bad.  No manual. 

Also no base plates, so good if you only care about the big ship!  Missing a few important things, but largely intact and excellent.  Also has a few replacements - the exhaust jets are black instead of grey, for example, which should still look great.

Take a look.  Solid set!  The red figure that is blinded by the photo flash has an excellent chest logo.
