All the missing pieces and replacements are listed below (list taken from toysperiod.com).  Pieces are generally clean and decent with overall great color.  Might be a little minor yellowing here or there, but nothing too bad.  Some blue pieces have some light yellowing.  No manual.

Also, one white minifig is not included.
