This listing is for a handcrafted sterling silver ring with a oval carnelian stone.  It was handcrafted by my father, silversmith Nick Nixon.  It is approximately ring size is 12, and here are the measurements:

Overall width: 14.8 mm entire setting from side to side
Overall height of setting and stone: 12.5 mm
Band width is 2.4 mm at back of ring
Total weight of ring: 4 grams
